Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscope combined with choledochscope for choledocholithiasis associated with cholecystolithiasis. Methods Fifty-eight patients were divided into 2 groups according to their wishes:the observation group underwent laparoscope combined with choledochoscope, the control group underwent operation in open surgery. The operative time, hospital stay of postoperation, and rates of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the operative time of two groups there were no significant difference(P0.05);the hospital stay of postoperation in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P 0.01);there were statistically significant differences of postoperative complication between the two groups(P0.05) which observation group was superior to control one. Severe complication such as perforation, bleeding, event death did not occur in two groups. Conclusion The combined application of laparoscope and choledochoscope in the treatment of choledocholithiasis associated with cholecystolithiasis is safe and effective, and with the advantage of less trauma, quick recovery, and reduced postoperative copmplication.
