The Clinical Research of Dentition End of the Molar Retained the Crown on the Restoration of Residual Crown and Root

Objective This paper aims to analyze and research the dentition of end of molar residual roots and crowns for restoration.Methods Unilateral edentulous distal molar residual root and crown after root canal therapy after making branch type casting post and core,and gingival from excessively low occlusal surface to increase the hole type retention,clinical bonding after completion of full crown restoration.Results Follow-up of 3-5,78 cases of postcore crown and the tooth tissue density and good,restoration without loosening,shed,good function.X no secondary caries,rootless fold.Conclusion The perfect root canal therapy at the end of the dentition of molar residual root and crown of post-core crown restoration of long-term effect,worthy of clinical application.
