Clinical Research of Combination Therapy with Abelmosehus Moschatus and Losartan for Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of abelmosehus moschatus and losartan for diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 pa tients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups:combined treatment group and losartan group with 30 cases in each group.The patients were treated with abelmosehus moschatus and losartan in combined treatment group.The patients were treated with losartan in the other group.Then the levels of UAER,β2-MG,FBG,TC、 TG and BUN、 Scr were detected before and after the treatment.Results:The levels of UAER,β2-MG,FBG,TC、 TG and BUN、 Scr of the patients were obviously decreased in two groups(P 0.05 or P 0.01).The data of combined treatment group were better than those of the losartan group(P 0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of abel mosehus moschatus and losartan is effective in diabetic nephropathy.
