Rehabilitation care of dysphagia after stroke

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation care on dysphagia after stroke.Methods 65 cases of dysphagia after stroke received fundamental training,ingestion training,nurse of nasogastric tube and psychological care.Results Rehabilitation time was 3~33 d,average was 18 day.Swallowing function was not improved in 2 cases,accounting for 3.08%,swallowing function improved in 6 cases,accounting for 9.23%,swallowing function was normal in 57 cases,accounting for 87.69%.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing training for dysphagia after stroke is sooner the better.To reinforce psychological care,to increase confidence in the rehabilitation of patients is important for increasing the incidence of complications and sequelae.
