Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to optimize the condition of ethanol production.[Method] With corn stalk as material, the effect of NA on Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation for ethanol production was investigated.[Result] For the saccharification and fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on corn stover fowllowed by high temperature and pressure steam pretreation,NA played a positive role in the production of ethanol with 12 hours generally.[Conclusion] It is in favor of ethanol production in certain condition for NA.
