Strategy Research of Teachers' Education in Vocational College

Vocational education has comprised half of the higher education in China and become an important pillar in economic and social development.But it is crucial for higher vocational education to build a team of excellent teachers.Therefore long-term system of training higher vocational teachers by comprehensive universities,vocational teachers universities and normal universities is to be established to upgrade vocational education and teachers' quality and form the framework of predominant teachers of higher vocational education,who are undergraduates and postgraduates.
