Abstract
It's of vital important to improve the medical students' integrated skills in using English,innovate English teaching method to comply with the rapid development of medical science.The paper here presents a new way to English teaching model through thinking guidance,setting curriculum,teaching methods,developing English learning environment,activity after school,evaluating methods and teaching management to enhance the English teaching quality.
