The Predicament and Choice of the Construction of the Rural Grass-roots Sports Organizations at Present

The current situation and drawbacks of the construction of the rural grass-roots sports organizations has been discussed in this article.The results showed that: the inborn defect of China's administrative structure has resulted in the deformity of the construction of the rural grass-roots sports organizations.The current system of sports management has became a factor that restricted the further development of rural sports.It is urgent for us to consummate the structure of the rural sports organization to solve the problems.Especially,we must strengthen the construction of the cultural station and the village committee as the basic unit sports organization in the countryside.We should also extend the sports administration organization's terminal to the villages and towns level,thus promotes the rural sports to realize the great-leap-forward development.
