Abstract

Objective To observe changes of TGF-β1 and VEGF in the forming course of hepatic fibrosis and their effective and significance.Methods The levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF were measured by immunohistochemistry in 36 cases of viral hepatitis,liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis.Results During hepatic fibrosis induced,expressions of TGF-β1 and VEGF increased gradually.Conclusion TGF-β1 and VEGF are closely related to hepatic fibrosis and liver cirrhosis,which are important indicators for the diagnosis and therapy of primary of hepatic fibrosis.
