End-to-end QoS Based on Intserv and Diffserv

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the principles and characteristics of integrated services(Intserv) model and differentiated services(Diffserv) model, methods that how to implementing the two models in MPLS, and end-to-end QoS provisioning mechanism combining Diffserv and Intserv. At last, the current actuality of MPLS and QoS is analyzed, and forcast its future development.
