Abstract

It is very important that the Internet can provide the QoS with guaranteed services for key applications. This paper introduces the QoS working mechanism and implementation with the typical application requirments of QoS. QoS models such as IntServ, DiffServ and MPLS are also introduced respectively and their performance characteristics are analyzed and compared.
