On the Physical Education Majors' Employment Capability Cultivation

By using the methods of information,investigation and logical analysis,we will analyze a variety of subjective and objective factors that have impact on physical education graduates.Studies suggest that the employment situation is grim so that physical education graduates should be provided with employment capacity-building and service from colleges,and graduates should be active in preparation for their employment.The colleges shall pay more attention to and strengthen graduates' employment guide and reform their traditional employment concepts.
