Abstract
The effect of plant growth regulating substances on embryonic callus induction, somatic embryogenesis and rootting were investigated by means of vitro culture from leaf of test-tube seedlings of Acanthopanax senticosus. The results showed that the optimum medium on embryogenic callus induction was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+2,4-D 1.0 mg·L-1.The optimum medium on growth and development of somatic embryo was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1.The optimum medium on rootting was1/2MS+NAA 0.4 mg·L-1.
