The Rule of Law Ideology and Its Significance

As a modern political operation mode,the rule of law is the key to resolve social conflicts and power exercise failure effectively. Thus,it's imperative to promote the rule of law construction in China. However,in order to promote the rule of law construction in China,to complete national and social management system,and to enhance national governance capability,we should firstly change traditional power-centered political ideology into the rule of law ideology compatible with modern politics. The current political ideology calls for legalization of the rule of law and thereof shaping,complying with the rule of law theory system with Chinese characteristics determined by the Fourth Plenum of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party,and the action plan under overall approach to rule by law. China's top politics is an overall intensified reform and approaches to the rule of law. China should make decisions under the guidance of the rule of law ideology: resolve social conflicts by adopting a thinking mode of the rule of law,schedule intensified reform policies and promote China's transformation by the rule of law.
