Abstract

During the 10th Five -Year Plan period,the digital strong motion network of Guangdong Province has been built newly.For the purpose of better monitoring,transmission,control and management,the GPRS network has been used for connection of the strong motion network and the transmission system has been developed by adopting wireless network correspondence technique.The background of GPRS network connection as well as its advantage,plan,system application and feature are introduced in detail in this paper.
