Abstract

The internode of tillering scape immature of Hemerocallis hybrida polyploid of 5 new species as explants,the successful establishment of five species of rapid propagation system.The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS +6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L,in the proliferation culture,the best proliferation medium for 'Jianzhuanglilan MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L,the proliferation of multiple was 3.12;'Qianzihe','Pink Embers' the best proliferation of multiple for MS +6-BA 5mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the proliferation of multiple,respectively 2.93,3.02;'Yaohui','Bed of roses 'the best proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the proliferation was 3,2.87.Medium 1/2MS+NAA 0.4 as 'Jianzhuanglilan' and 'Yaohui' rooting medium,the rooting rate was 100%;'Qianzihe','Pink Embers' in the rooting medium 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 rate of 100%;'Bed of roses' in the rooting medium 1/2MS+NAA 0.6,rate of 100%.The transplant survival rate of 100%.
