Abstract
Objcctives:To investigate clinical effects and neuroprofective effects of shenfu in treatment of severe braniocerebral trauma.Method:60 patients(GCS5-8) were assigned into two groups, Shenfu group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Control group patients had been treated on routine and shenfu group had been treated with shenfu solution. The clinical features, consciousness, hemorrheology and Glasgow coma scale of the two groups were compared. Results: 1.The clinical features in treatment group were improved better than that in control.2.the time of awakening and conscious recovery in shenfu group were shorter than that in control. 3.In treatment group, TCD spectral form and blood flow speed approach normal, blood flow speed of control growp was faster. 4.Glasgow coma scale and Glasgow outcome scale increased than control group, fatality rate in treatment group was litter than that in treatment group. Conclusion:Shenfu slution posses neuroprotective effects, moreover, no side effects and complication was aslo found.
