Abstract
Catalyst FeO(OH) was prepared by dropping iron chloride solution to sodium hydroxide solution, which catalyzed the reduction of 2,6-dinitrotoluene to 2-amino-6-nitrotoluene and 2,6-diaminotoluene.The results showed that when the mol ratio of hydrazine hydrate to 2,6-dinitrotoluene is 1.6:1,and the reaction time is 40 min,the yield of 2-amino-6-nitrotoluene can reach 94%.When the mol ratio of hydrazine hydrate to 2,6-dinitrotoluene is 3.1:1,and the reaction time is 50 min,the yield of 2,6-diaminotoluene can reach about 100%.
