Abstract
Objective:To compare the expression of CD105,CD34 and investigate the relationship between the microvessel density (MVD) marked with anti-CD105,anti-CD34 antibody and the clinicopathologie grade in human gIioma.Methods:Im- munohistochemical method was used to analyze the expression of CD105,CD34 in 46 case of human glioma.Results..the expres- sion of CD105,CD34 in human glioma is higher than that of the normal brain issue.The expression of CD105 is more specifici- ty than that of CD34 in human glioma.MVD marked with CD105,CD34 antibody were positively correlated with the malignant grades(r_s=0.824,P<0.01;r_s=0.675,P<0.01)in glioma.Conclusion:The expression of CD105 is more specificity than that of CD34 in human glioma.MVD marked with CD105 antibody may be a valuable marker for judging the malignant grades and predicting the risk of development in glioma,and this marker is superior to MVD marked with CD34.
