Abstract
As a sunrise industry of the 21st century,cultural industry plays a more and more important role in the economic and social development.China's cultural industry is still at an initial stage of development.It is necessary to promote the cultural industry actively for upgrading China's comprehensive national strength,protecting cultural security and building a welloff society.
