Exploration in Training of Software Engineering Talents for Software Outsourcing

Abstract

In order to solve the problem for shortage of software and service outsourcing talents in our country, and handle the contradiction between shortage of talents for enterprise and low employment rate for university accurately,Zhejiang Gongshang University has proposed the objective of software outsourcing talents in training software engineering students.According to the requirements which are supposed to talents by software outsourcing enterprises,we have been exploration and practice in the construction of curriculum system,development of teaching team and construction of practice bases in or outside our school etc.It have received outstanding achievements and positive results,and offered some useful experiences for other universities.This paper introduces this process.
