Exploration on the Education Model for Software Outsourcing Talents in Non-governmental Regular Universities

Abstract

In this paper,the recent development of software services outsourcing industry is described,and the level,knowledge,ability and quality of demand for software outsourcing talents are analyzed.The contradictions in undergraduate colleges and universities between traditional teaching in computer software-related specialties and demands for software outsourcing talents are described.Combined with the characteristics of non-governmental regular universities,an education model for seamless university-enterprise connection software outsourcing talents is proposed.The model is then described in detail from the five aspects of academic year arrangement,curriculum development,university-enterprise cooperation,faculty construction,and student guidance.Finally,the effectiveness is proved through a success practice in Zhejiang Shuren University.
