Abstract
objective To compare the content of Chlorogenic acid in the chrysanthemum commodities with HPLC.Exploring the value of various chrysanthemum commodities.Method The HPLC conditions with DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5gm)was used,the mobile phase was composed of methyl cyanide and and PBS(PH=2.5)with gradient elution;flow rate was 0.5mL/min;column temperature was 35℃;the detective wavelength was 350nm.Results The ranking of contents of Chlorogenic acid in dendranthema morifolium was that from Futianhe Haozhou Huangshan Hanzhou regions.Conclusion Dendranthema morifolium from Fuzhou and Haozhou contain highest content of Chlorogenic acid and have high practical value.
