Abstract
Objective: To analyze the relationship between abnomal chromosome karyotype and negative reproductive history such as early embryo development arrest,Spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, congenital monstrosity infants.Method: 1730 cases of patients were detected by lymphocyte chromosome G-banding method in peripheral blood,Results: 187 cases of abnomal karyotypes were detected in 1730 cases, the detection rate was 10.8%;Chromosome analysis of 7 couples of results for chromosomal abnormalities, and for the rest of unilateral abnormalities, including 129 cases of chromosome polymorph-hism,27cases of balanced translocation,10cases of Robertso-nian translocation,16 cases of deletion.7cases of pericentric inversion,1 case of duplication,1 case of dicentrics,1 case of derivative chromosome,1 case of dicentrics,1case of isochromosome,2 cases of numerical abnormalities of chromosomes. Conclusions: the chromosomal abnormalities play an important role in the occurance of negative reproductive history, the examination of chromosome karyotypes should be used as the the important items,to clear the reason,to guide the fertility, and to reduce the prevalence of birth defects.
