Abstract
As the decision mechanism of the development of social security practice and social security system,the driving force of development constitutes the inherent law of social security development.Clarifying the evolution of the development history will help us to grasp the law of the development of social security at macro level,and will produce a positive and far-reaching influence on founding and perfecting China's social security system and building harmonious socialist society.
