Abstract
Nowadays, the phenomenon of out-of-control construction cost in construction stage of our country is widely. Aiming at the phenomenon, analysis is made on the cost management’s problem in construction stage; the main reasons of out-of-control cost are found out. Meanwhile, a solution to the problem of there is not a normal phenomenon. This paper advances some measures for controlling effectively the construction cost in the construction stage from the management of construction contract, improving the construction plan and construction progress, designing alteration, strengthening the field signature management, and strengthening the management of the main material and equipment prices; so as to benefit the maximum investment benefit of projects construction.
