Considerations on reforming route of management system of property right of wetland resources asset in Hunan Province

This paper briefly reviewed the current situation of wetlands resources in Hunan Province. Subsequently the problems challenging management system of the property right of wetland resources were analyzed from the perspective of recourses economics. Accordingly a route to reform the property right system of the wetland resources was recommended. Furthermore,clear identification of property right of the wetland resources,valuing wetland resources,calculation of wetland resources assets in Hunan Province were suggested to better establishing the management system of the property right of the wetland resources.
