The Sustainable Utilization and Protection of the Wetland in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang is one of most widespread provinces of wetland resources distributes in our country,also is one of most important wetlands in the world.But it neglected the wetland resources protection in the course of economy development process,and the use of wetland is excessive.These causes the situation of wetland resources to be very stern.Through the survey of wetland resources in Heilongjiang Province,analyzed the question which exists in utilization and the protection process of wetland resource in Heilongjiang Province,proposed a series of suggestions to promote utilization and protection of wetland resources sustainable.
