Abstract
Recently, with the increase of our active oceanic operations, the risks of ocean oil spill accidents are considerable in China.Ocean oil spill is one kind of serious disasters which severely damage the marine environment.Aiming at improving the contingency reaction system and the resolving ability for the oil spill accident, the relative technologies on oil pollutions response are researched. This paper briefly introduces the development process and reaction achievements of the oil spill predicting models, including the Oil Spill Extension Model, the Oil Spill Drift Model, the Oil Particle Model and the Oil Spill Weathering Model, which provide the theoretic criterions for the future work on oil spill predicting and reacting.
