Abstract
The paper establishes the mathematical models of marine spilled - oil's transportation, spreading, evaporating and emulsification processes aimed at problems of marine oil spill crisis response. The spilled oil track and sensitive areas can be calculated and predicted in a short period time and simulates on the platform of marine oil spill response geographical information system. The results can be scientific bases of oil spill response decision making.
