Abstract

This paper indicates that good staff management is the key for a company to achieve success, and the focus of staff management is to make all workers strive toward the goal set by the company. This paper summarizes the motivation theories briefly and introduces the practical models of motivation in business. Finally it suggests several good measures that can be applied in practice.
