Abstract
The dual-redundancy permanent magnetic brushless DC motor(BLDCM) used as the actuation component in aircraft rudder servo system is introduced, which is based on digital signal controller(DSC) and complex programmable logic device(CPLD).After analyzing different kind of redundancy running modes and structures of dual-redundancy motor, the system scheme is proposed. The dual-redundancy system hardware structure and three closed loop control strategy were designed. The principle of dsPIC30F5015 control circuit, power inverter circuit and resolver-to-digital circuit are introduced. The system preference was measured by debugging platform built by LabWindows/CVI.The experiment results show the servo system frequency response can achieve 5 Hz,which can satisfy the requirement of aircraft rudder actuator.
