Abstract
In this paper a design method of rare earth permanent magnet(REPM) brushless DC motor(BLDCM) controller with dual-redundancy was introduced, which was used in the servo actuator, and the method was designed on the basis of a MCU.The hardware structure, software design and working principle of the controller were discussed in detail.Furthermore the PWM speed regulating mode, the control of MCU,the CPLD logic signal synthesis and the practical application of current cut-off degenerative circuit were introduced. The experiments showed that the controller had a high performance,a tight structure,a low cost, and also had a good reliability and practicability.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
