Abstract
In order to study impact of drying process on spirulina cell and the influence of it′s nutrients,thermal parameters of spirulina platensis are measured by differential scanning colorimeter(DSC).Nutritional ingredient of kinds of dried spirulina platensis are compared.Results indicate that morphosis integrity of spirulina platensis can be maintained evidently,which is in favor of preserving activity of platensis cells.Protein ingredient of freeze-dried spirulina platensis is higher to 52.6%,which is higher by 19.1% than that in oven drying,and higher by 17.3 % than that in atmospheric drying.
