Abstract

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)causes great damage to people′s life and health,and it could most likely lead to disability and death in many traumatic diseases.How to make a quick,accurate and objective diagnosis in the early stage is quite important for the clinical treatment and prognosis.Biomedical markers of TBI appear early in the serum and cerebro-spinal fluid with a higher sensitivity and specificity than image examination.Here is to make a brief review on the commonly seen TBI markers based on the current studies and applications.
