Abstract
Based on the study of scope defined in quality law of China,this paper makes a comparative study of scope of liability law in the USA,EC,Germany,Norway,Japan,UK and Hague Pact.The result indicates that the scope of in quality law of China is too narrow and this puts China into a disadvantageous position when liability dispute occurs in international trades.Therefore,we suggest the definition of in the quality low of China be revised,which means that product should also include intangible product,intellectual product,agricultural product,electronic product,gift articles,etc.to adapt to the global competition.
