Analysis of the Concept of Product in Product Liability Legislation

After investigating the defining modes for the concept of product in product liability legislation of different countries,it can be found that the words-process,manufacture,sale and so on-in Chinese Product Quality Law are not rather accurate and need to be more scientifically defined.Besides,electricity products,pipeline products,blood and blood products,primary agricultural products,intelligence products,gifts,etc.should be included into the scope of product in order to protect the legitimate interests of consumers more effectively.
