Abstract
Ethyl acetate is preprared by unhydrous ethanol and glacial acid with aminosulfonic acid as catalyst. The factors on esterification yield such as proper amount of catalyst, material ratio and time of reaction have been studied. The best synthetic conditions are confirmed. The yield of ethyl acetate is 81.2%(based on glacial acetic acid). The reuse of catalyst is investigated.
