Synthesis and Identification of A new B-cell Epitope of Tumor Antigen MAGE-12

Abstract

Objective:To synthesis and identify B-cell epitope of tumor antigen MAGE-12.Methods:Based on epitope 3～14,a mutiple antigenic peptide system(MAP) was synthesized as immunogen and C-57BL/6 mice were immunised with the immunogen and the polyclonal anti-serum was produced.The polyclonal antibody was identified by using an ELISA assay.Results:The antibody titer was reached to 1:256.The polyclonal antibody was identified as specific antibody of MAGE-12.Conclusion:Those results showed that on epitope 3～14 may be a new B cell epitope of MAGE-12 and it is specific.
