The investigation of the methadone maintenance treatment dose in heroin addicts

Abstract

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the methadone maintenance treatment dose in heroin addicts.Methods:Collect the clinical data of 162 cases of Han population in Ningbo area,which had done methadone maintenance treatment more than three months,and analyze related influencing factors of the methadone maintenance dose.Results:Correlation and regression analysis indicated that the education background and the recently drugs dosage influence methadone maintenance treatment dose.The comparison of the high and low the two dose group showed again that the education background influence methadone maintenance treatment dose.Conclusion:The methadone maintenance treatment dose may be influenced by the education background of heroin addicts and the other unknown factors.
