Abstract
The effects of different genotypes, leaf ages, parts and hormones on callus induction and bud differentiation were studied with leaf explants.The results showed that induction rate was all above 98% when tender leaves were the explants of callus induction and culture medium was MS+ 6-BA 1.0— 5.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L. The callus from petiole explants produced adventitious bud by subculture onMS+ TDZ 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L,which had a low differentiation rate of 4.2%.
