Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in Yigan Granule with HPLC. Methods: The contents of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA was determinated by HPLC. A Hanbon Lichrospher C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (75∶25) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 270 nm. The temperature of column was at room temperature. Results and Conclusions: The linear range of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA were 0.04~0.2 μg(r=0.9998) and 0.2~1.0 μg(r=0.9999), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.2% with RSD 0.98%(n=5) for cryptotanshinone, and 98.6% with RSD 0.84%(n=5) for tanshinone ⅡA, respectively. The method is simple and accurate.
