On Relation between China's Investment in Education and Economic Growth

Abstract

The paper makes an analysis on annual data of investment in education and economic growth from 1957 to 2003 and sets up a mistake-correcting model showing the relation between the investment and the growth. Based on the model, the author finds out that the investment in education in China and the economic growth have an interacting cause-and-effect relation.
