Abstract

The optimum conditions of hydrolysis of cellulose waste by cellulase were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were substrate consistency 80 g/L, pH 4.8, cellulase hydrolysis temperature 50℃, cellulase usage 100 IU/g(substrate), cellulase hydrolysis time 60 h. Under the optimum conditions, reducing sugar consistency could be best to 16.44 mg/mL. The hydrolysate and the residual solids will be used.
