Abstract
This paper analyzed the content of Vc, anthocyanin, total phenolics and of total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of 19 different mulberry cultivars. Result showed that it is rather big of the ranges and CV (coefficient of variation) of Vc, anthocyanin, total phenolics and antioxidant activities of different mulberry cultivars, which exist remarkable genotypical differences. Most positive significant corelations (P0.01) exist respectively between respectively between TAC and total phenolics content, TAC and anthocyanin content of mulberry. And there are no corelations (P0.05) between TAC and Vitamin C. 19 different mulberry cultivars were classified into 4 clusters. Yueyou 34, 2120 and 7403 were excellent mulberry cultivars.
