Abstract

The term nationality character and its concept are very controversial in the academia of China and Russia.The denomination is reasonable whether in theory or in reality.Although different comprehension about Nationality Character exists,more comprehensive and impersonal interpretation of this term is that Nationality Character is a combination of behavior,thinking and ethos of a nation.Nationality Character is complicated and contradicted: it is concrete but abstract,changeless but changeable,common but special.
