Abstract

Land capital theory of Marxism is an important part of capital theory of Marxism,which has a rich content and an important practical meaning.This paper,based on development of China's land economy,explores some issues concerning land capital like its nature,benefit distribution,turnover and so on.The arthor puts forward a concrete design for improving the system of land capital theory and setting up socialist land economics with Chinese characteristics.
