Abstract

In recent years,land resources,land properties and land capital are frequently used in Land Economics.What's the difference and connection between the three concepts?How are they transformed into each other?This paper proceeds from the concepts of resource,property,and capital to explore their connotative definitions of the respectively,analyze the difference and connection between them,and point out the mechanism of transformation between them.
