Abstract

Objective Taking better care and enhancing the rate of intactness of medical records. Method Finding out the cause of the loss and damage of medical records,and laying down appropriate rules and regulations as well as effective measures. Result The whole staff should be more conscious of the important role of medical records. Conclusion Medical record has a complicated process of formation and increasing the rate of intactness of medical care can be done by strengthening management.
