Abstract

Emergency medical records reflect the first-aid ability of hospital.The paper summarized measures of strengthening quality management of emergency medical records,standardized first-aid process and ensure the medical quality and safety from five aspects,which included establishment of criterion on writing emergency medical records,improvement of quality assessment standard,strengthening training medical records writing,evaluation and in-time feedback of emergency medical records,and continuing improvement.
